Having practiced for the last decade, Christa Emerson has seen both high and low water marks of the real estate industry. She focuses her practice primarily on residential real estate, working with investors, wholesalers, developers, the formation of corporate entities for ownership of real estate, the representation of various lenders, real estate purchases and refinances, construction transactions, acquisitions, title curative work, and contract drafting. Christa uses the experience she has gained representing both borrowers and lenders, landlords and tenants, buyers and sellers, large lending institutions and individuals, to provide superior legal advice and representation for her clients.
An primarily focuses his practice of law on residential real estate, real estate development and closings. He brings over 15 years of real estate investing experience. He speaks Portuguese, Spanish, Vietnamese and English. An currently handles business development, marketing and business systems for Landmark. He graduated from Northeastern University School of Law in May of 2012 with a Juris Doctorate as well as Tufts School of Medicine with a Masters in Public Health.
